If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our systems, please follow the steps below:

Compose an email to our dedicated deletion address:

Subject line: "Account Deletion Request - My TestScore"
Body: Include the email address you used to register in the app.

⏱️ Processing Time: We will process your deletion request within 7 business days from the date of your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently removed.

⚠️ Important Notes:

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose all test history, progress, and scores.
If you have a premium subscription, please cancel it separately via Google Play Store before requesting deletion.
If you don't receive a confirmation within 7 business days, please follow up with us at the same email address.
